Ragout

Ragout (ul. Bolshaya Gruzinskaya 69, Moscow) – given this restaurant’s trendy atmosphere, it could easily be mistaken for London or New York. The dishes served here range from continental to Eastern European (pepper steak with fries; stewed lamb shank with couscous and mint sauce; pan-fried salmon with basil, mashed potatoes, ratatouille and fennel foam; and Lentills with gorgonzola). The staff is English-speaking (which isn’t always the case in other Moscow restaurants).
