Museum of Design (Ausstellungsstrasse 60, 8031 Zürich) – this museum has one of Switzerland’s most unique and extensive design culture collections. This museum’s themes are design, visual communication, environmental design, art, architecture, everyday culture, photography and the media. There are temporary exhibitions that raise awareness of the presence of design in our everyday lives. The museum also organizes workshops, concerts and exhibition talks.
Admission: CHF 12 (adult), CHF 8 (seniors/students). Free for children under 12 years. Hours: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm (Tuesday, Thursday – Sunday), 10:00 am – 8:00 pm (Wednesday). Closed on Mondays.
