Gipsy
Gipsy (Bolotnaya naberezhnaya, 3/4, Moscow) – this is another major Moscow nightspot for well-connected locals, to the point where foreigners learn (often the hard way) the phrase “face control” (a local term for the velvet rope – with bouncers controlling who gets in, and who doesn’t). For those who do get in, they will come across both the indoor club, as well as terrace level (which opens during the Summer, and provides views of the Moscow River and various local sights). Friday nights are reserved for techno jams, while Saturday nights feature mash-ups and electro-house music.
